These Terms of Use explain how visitors should interpret LitBuy's China shopping guides, spreadsheet categories, QC education and shipping information. LitBuy is an informational website. It helps buyers research marketplace links and understand proxy shopping workflows, but it does not act as a seller, carrier, customs broker, payment processor or guaranteed purchasing agent.

By using the site, visitors understand that marketplace information can change quickly. Prices, stock, product photos, batches, size charts, seller behavior, return windows, domestic shipping and international route availability should be verified on the relevant seller, agent or carrier page before ordering.

Marketplace and shipping risk

Taobao, Weidian and 1688 listings can change without notice. A seller can remove an item, substitute a batch, reject a return, change price, close a listing or ship slower than expected. International shipping can also be delayed by customs inspection, holidays, weather, route suspension, address issues or restricted goods.

Buyers should use QC photos, seller communication, measurement checks and route restrictions before committing to international shipping. Once a parcel leaves a warehouse, product returns and problem resolution can become more expensive and slower.
