QC Evidence Review Process

The QC Evidence Review Process explains what buyers should keep before international shipping: original seller links, selected variants, order screenshots, front and back warehouse photos, detail photos, labels, tags, measurements, parcel weights and tracking records.

QC evidence helps buyers decide whether to accept an item, request more photos, ask for measurements, return the product or confirm route restrictions before dispatch.

What counts as QC evidence?

QC evidence means the buyer-facing records that can be checked before an item leaves a China warehouse. It includes the original seller URL, selected variant, order screenshot, warehouse front and back photos, detail photos, labels, tags, packaging, measurements, parcel weight and domestic tracking.

A strong review compares the seller listing with warehouse photos and asks whether the item is still returnable before international shipping is paid.

14-point QC review checklist

The checklist covers original listing, seller name, selected size, selected color, front photo, back photo, label, tag, measurement, stitching, print quality, visible damage, packaging condition and route restriction notes.

For shoes, buyers should check pair symmetry, size tag, heel shape, sole detail, box label and insole length. For apparel, buyers should compare shoulder width, chest, length, sleeve and fabric notes against a known item that already fits.

What records should buyers keep?

Buyers should keep product links, seller screenshots, order screenshots, QC photos, measurement photos, parcel weights, shipping quote screenshots and tracking records until delivery is complete.

Review evidence and update process

The LitBuy Editorial Team reviews marketplace guidance against buyer-facing tasks: checking original seller URLs, comparing QC photo evidence, identifying size and material questions, noting route restrictions and separating buyer-verifiable facts from seller, agent, carrier and customs decisions. Updates are made when category guidance, warehouse steps, shipping route notes, privacy posture or buyer-risk language changes. Shoppers should keep product links, order screenshots, QC photos, measurements, parcel weights and tracking records until delivery is complete.
