Anonymous QC Case Patterns
Anonymous QC Case Patterns explain repeatable review decisions without exposing private buyer records, product links, order IDs, shipping addresses, payment records or account details.
The examples are editorial scenarios for common China shopping risks. They show what evidence a buyer should collect before international dispatch, not guaranteed outcomes from sellers, agents, carriers or customs.
Why does LitBuy anonymize case patterns?
LitBuy publishes anonymized editorial case patterns instead of private user records or database exports. This protects buyer privacy while still showing practical QC decisions.
Each pattern focuses on evidence that a buyer can verify: original URL, selected variant, seller screenshot, front photo, back photo, labels, tags, measurements, parcel weight, route restriction notes and tracking records.
Case pattern 01: size evidence before dispatch
A buyer comparing apparel should request at least 2 measurement photos when the seller chart is unclear. Useful evidence includes shoulder width, chest, length and sleeve photos placed against a visible tape measure.
The safer decision is to pause shipping until the warehouse photos match a known item that already fits. If the measurement is off and the seller return window is still open, the buyer can return before international shipping cost is added.
Case pattern 02: listing mismatch
A listing mismatch can happen when the seller page shows several color or batch options. The buyer should compare the original URL, selected variant, order screenshot, front photo, back photo, labels and tags before accepting the item.
If the variant cannot be confirmed, the buyer should ask for more photos or return the item while domestic return handling is still possible.
Case pattern 03: route restriction
A product that reaches the warehouse can still be difficult to ship internationally. Batteries, liquids, oversized goods, fragile packaging and customs-sensitive branding can require a different route or a split parcel.
The buyer should check route eligibility, parcel weight, parcel dimensions, insurance support and destination restrictions before choosing dispatch.

Review evidence and update process
The LitBuy Editorial Team reviews marketplace guidance against buyer-facing tasks: checking original seller URLs, comparing QC photo evidence, identifying size and material questions, noting route restrictions and separating buyer-verifiable facts from seller, agent, carrier and customs decisions. Updates are made when category guidance, warehouse steps, shipping route notes, privacy posture or buyer-risk language changes. Shoppers should keep product links, order screenshots, QC photos, measurements, parcel weights and tracking records until delivery is complete.
